In 2003, Shanghai Light Industry Co. emphasizes on informat ion and digital tech oriented high tech new industry, subsidiary industry of backbone industry focusing on core products and mechanical and electrical integration products, and metropolitan industry represented by fashionable consumer products. At the end of the tenth five-year plan, we are to achieve 10 billion of sales volume on these two industry models respectively, namely, information, digital, core products and mechanical and electric integration production, accounting for more than 20% of Shanghai Light Industry’s total sales volume respectively. while we are to achieve 30 billion of sales volume by metropolitan industry model, accounting for 60% of Shanghai Light Industry Co.’s total sales volume, thus constituting industry layout of “ two two six”. In order to realize the above objectives, we must foste r our team of professionals who can meet up the new demand from Shanghai Light Industry Co.
